Our Policy
Short Breaks are available in all Cottages, however there are restrictions. In summer & other peak dates (see below) breaks will only be accepted within 4 weeks of the start date. At other times of the year, predominantly October to April, most owners are more flexible and in most cases will be happy to accept a booking around 12 weeks in advance. Please note that holidays extending beyond 7 nights, up to 14 nights, will require confirmation by Cotswold Retreats or owner direct before a booking is confirmed.

Short Break prices (excluding the booking fee) are set at a proportion of the listed weekly price, as follows:
2 nights 75%
3 nights 75%
4 nights 85%
5 nights or more - Full week price
