Bank Cottage is glorious self catering cottage set in simply stunning Cotswold countryside. From the outside, the cottage is perched on the hillside offering superb views in all directions, while internally the owners have created a thoroughly modern and welcoming property - ideal for a holiday break. The accommodation is spacious and retains many classic Cotswold features such as exposed walls and beams. This Cotswold rural retreat is a delight and particularly suited to those who enjoy walking and privacy. We think it is perfect for family!
ACCOMMODATION
Entrance into cottage through to kitchen
Kitchen, spacious and with wonderful views. Fully equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Within the kitchen there is a dining area with table and space for five or six to sit comfortably.

Living Room, from kitchen, with lovely woodburning stove in inglenook fireplace, sofa, TV and DVD player. More great views.
Cloakroom, near to the entrance with WC and washbasin.

Outside
To the front of the property is a patio area with BBQ, table and chairs, and beyond this is an enclosed garden (not secure). Surrounding the house are fields and a farm. The property is approached via a single track (see picture) which gives complete privacy.

Oil fired Central Heating & Electricity included all year. Logs supplied. As part of the Crickley Barrow Environmental Policy this cottage booking includes 15 litres of oil per day. Any useage over this level will be charged for (via meter reading)
Locally, Crickley Barrow is situated a short drive from Northleach which is a small, market town providing basic services an award winning butcher, an excellent wine shop, a bakery and local store. Cirencester is approximately 10 minutes away and has all the necessary amenities and shops. All the main Cotswold attractions are within a reasonable drive, including Burford, Bourton on the Water, Cotswold Wildlife Park and Blenheim Palace.
