Chimney Farm Barns (Visit Britain 5 Star Gold) are three stunning barns, situated on an old farm, are located in the beautiful Oxfordshire Cotswolds, convenient for Oxford, Cheltenham, Burford and easy to get to and from London. They are perfect for work, rest or play! Although the properties are available independently, together they offer superb accommodation for groups of 18 to 35 people. Internally, the accommodation is open plan and presented in a contemporary style with some amazing and original features. Plasma TVs and free wireless internet access are installed throughout. Externally, the properties enjoy over 10 acres of their own fabulous private space and tranquil countryside. The hamlet of Chimney is a magical place, an excellent holiday base to explore the area, great for a family get together (relax and re-charge the batteries), use for a group celebration or re-union.
The owners have also sourced a number of local suppliers who would be able to add to the experience including catering and local food produce delivery, please ask for further details.

ACCOMMODATION (split between three properties - Rose, Owl and Snipe Barns)

These three barns can accommodate between 18 to 35 people across all (or some of the) three properties. To view each property's actual accommodation please add the following property codes OWL, SNIPE or ROSBRN Please note that the properties are NOT interconnecting, however the distance between the properties is about 50 yards max. Prices quoted may vary according to party size. This will be clarified upon receipt of a booking request and the numbers in your party.

Outside
Large garden area, backing onto the Nature Reserve and small brook. Ample seating and tables, both inside and outside for all guests.

Oil fired central heating included all year. Ample parking at the properties.

Please Note: The owner requests that ONLY full week breaks be booked in Bank Holidays and School Holidays, short breaks are welcome otherwise. The price shown is for two of the three barns, prices will vary according to party size.

Friday Changeover please. Children Welcome, Cot and High Chair supplied. Pets Welcome. Sofa Bed available (in living area) at cost of £75 per person per stay/per week

£300 breakages/damages deposit per barn taken a month before arrival taken by online transfer or cheque to the owner.
