The Coach House is a spacious, 'loft-like' property situated close to the heart of Bath city centre. The open plan ground floor is spacious with the kitchen overlooking the living space. Upstairs the bedrooms are spacious too, practical, well equipped and furnished for a short or long stay. The owners have made the most of the building and presented it in an 'industrial cool meets Bath charm' style that appealed to us when we inspected the property. This is an unusual property, and we think you'll love it when you stay. The property is located about 15 mins level walk to the centre of Bath (& also v. close to where Bath Rugby Club train!) and on the very edge of a small housing development.
ACCOMMODATION
Entrance at street level to the open plan living area.
Living Space with sofa, armchair and additional seating and various pieces of period furniture. Large flatscreen TV with Freeview channels plus separate DVD player.
Kitchen Area, well equipped with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer.
Dining Area with period table and four chairs.
Upstairs
Bedroom One with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers with south facing windows
Bedroom Two with double bed, wardobe and chest of drawers
Shower Room with large, walk in shower, WC and washbasin
Outside
To the front of the property there is a small area which can either be used as 'off street parking' or alternatively as a small space to sit outside, there is a table which can be used. We must stress, however, that it isn't enclosed or completely private.
Heating & Electricity included all year. Any Day changeover considered, all year. Sorry No Pets. Children welcome, but please note that NO cot or high chair are supplied.
