Eider Cottage is a large and spacious holiday home situated in a delightful location, perched on the edge of a lake in the heart of the Cotswold Lakes. This 'reverse living' home is simply delightful: it provides both peace and tranquility for a relaxing break as well as facilities to keep even the most active occupied! The house provides an extremely large, open plan living area, with a large number of ceiling to floor windows all of which maximise light levels, and, most importantly, provide spectacular views across the lake and countryside beyond. Internally the house has wooden floors, high quality bathrooms and an exceptional kitchen. 
In addition to this magnificent home and its views, you’ll also enjoy unlimited access to the facilities of the fabulous spa.

First Floor 
Large, open plan living space with:
Kitchen, fully equipped with modern applicances, including microwave, electric hob and oven, washing machine / drier and dishwasher.
Living Room / Dining Area very large, open plan room, from kitchen, with glass front and views across the lakes. TV, DVD or video and comfortable seating for 8 people and contemporary wood burning stove
Bathroom WC with washbasin.

Second Floor
Bedroom One, with double bed and glorious views, Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin

OUTSIDE
The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover’s paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes.

Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials.

Pets Welcome. No Smoking. Friday changeovers only, or Mondays for Short breaks (to Friday). Other dates will be considered only at short notice.

Please note: in specific properties on the Cotswold Water Park, the seasons are slightly different. These properties are as follows: Gadwall (x2), Spinnaker (x2), Moorhens, Kingfisher House (not Cottage!), Lake View, Moorings, The Reeds. In addition to being within easy reach of many picturesque Cotswold villages and the splendour of Roman towns like Cirencester and Bath, the Cotswold Water Park makes a great holiday destination because of the tremendous variety of activities on offer. Today the Cotswold Water Park is Britains largest water park, 50% larger than the Norfolk Broads, extending to over 40 square miles and includes: 133 lakes, 5 nature reserves, Country Parks with picnic and Barbecue sites, a Blue Flag bathing beach, an extensive network of footpaths, cycle ways and bridleways as well as extensive leisure and sporting activities. Many Cotswold attractions and villages are all within easy access.
