Hedera Cottage, ETC 4 Stars, is a wonderful traditional Cotswold stone holiday cottage. It has been thoughtfully renovated to provide a very high standard of self-catering accommodation, whilst retaining its character and charm. The conservatory at the rear opens on to a pleasant garden with lovely views across open farmland. Opposite the cottage is a playing field with swings and slides. Down the road from the cottage are good walks including the Oxfordshire Way. The property is in a very peaceful situation along a 'no through road' and walking distance from the village shop and village pub. 

ACCOMMODATION:
Spacious entrance hall with Cloakroom with WC, washbasin, and washing machine.
Sitting room with comfortable sofa and armchairs and woodburner effect gas fire plus TV and video/DVD.
Kitchen with electric double oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge.
Dining room with tiled floor, dining table and chairs leading into Conservatory with further seating, plus dining table and chairs.
Tumble dryer and fridge/freezer in garage.

Upstairs:
Bedroom One with double bed.
Bedroom Two with twin bed. Both bedrooms have wooden furniture and fitted cupboards.
Bathroom with bath,including overhead shower, WC and washbasin.

Heating and electricity included all year. Off-street parking for 2 cars. Telephone for incoming calls only. Cot and high chair available.

One dog by arrangement. No smokers. Any day changeover, Saturday in High Season.

Close by are beauty spots such as Burford, Stow on the Wold, The Slaughters and Bourton-on-the-Water making this the perfect holiday cottage from which to tour The Cotswolds. Trains from Charlbury Station to Oxford and London are just a ten minute drive away.
