Cotswolds Retreats

Holly Cottage has been recently renovated to a very high specification and makes a cosy retreat for visitors throughout the year. The cottage is situated in an elevated and rural position about one mile out of Bourton-on-the-Water with far reaching views. There is a large garden in the front of the cottage with views across farmland and a smaller garden area to the rear of the cottage. The cottage also has the benefit of full oil central heating and off road parking for 2/3 cars.  

ACCOMMODATION:
Hallway with hanging space for coats, boots, shoes and washing machine.
Cloakroom with wc & wash basin.
Kitchen - fully fitted & equipped with electric cooker & hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher and microwave.
Sitting Room with comfortable sofa and armchairs, dining table and chairs. There is a woodburner, CD player, TV and DVD. A glazed door opening onto a terrace and garden, with garden table & chairs. This is an absolute sun-trap. 

First floor:
Second Sitting Room for those who wish for a few quieter moments! This room can also accommodate a 7th person* on a 'Futon' (folding bed).
Bedroom Two with double bed.
Bedroom Three with twin beds.
Bathroom with bath, shower in the bath, WC and wash basin.  

Second floor:
Bedroom One: good sized bedroom with 5ft bed with En-suite shower room with shower, WC & wash basin.  

Oil central heating & electricity. *Futon for 7th person @ £40 per stay extra. Short breaks only out of High Season please. 

Bourton-on-the-Water with the River Windrush running through the middle of it, has a variety of excellent shops, pubs, restaurants & childrens attractions. It is centrally placed for visiting all the famous beauty spots and is easy driving distance from Stow-on-the-Wold, Burford, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick Castle, Blenheim Palace,Oxford & Cheltenham. There are many good walks in the area.
