Jackdaws is a delightful and unique holiday cottage situated in a prime location overlooking and enjoying direct access to a lake. With an abundance of wildlife (the lakes are one of the largest Wildlife Reserves still in private hands in the UK) surrounding the property, this is a wonderful Cotswold retreat: perfect for a gathering be it with friends or family. Inside the cottage there is a mix of classic features such as a wood burner along with popular open-plan living space plus private deck looking out across the lake. Glorious!

Outdoor leisure facilities including outdoor heated pool, tennis court and childrens play area are within easy walking distance. The organic farm shop can also be found close to hand providing day to day essentials.

 ACCOMMODATION

Living / Dining Room with table and chairs for 6 people. Two large, comfortable sofas, woodburning stove. TV, DVD player and stereo. French doors to private deck with table and chairs.
Kitchen, fully fitted with fridge, freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave and washing machine.

Upstairs
Master Bedroom with king size bed, chest of drawers, plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, handheld shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Two with double bed, chester of drawers and wardrobe.
Bedroom Three with twin beds.
Family Bathroom with bath, handheld shower, WC and washbasin.

Outside
Open plan lawn area to the front. To the rear is a raised, decked area which is fully enclosed with steps leading down to the waters edge providing access to a mooring. Southerly facing providing stunning views across Somerford Lagoon.

Heating and Elec incl all year. Starter pack of logs supplied. Cot, High Chair and Stairgate available
