Lakeside House is a listed 19th century Cotswold property built in the grounds of the popular The Inn at Fossebridge, adjacent to a two acre private lake full of aquatic wild life. (Access to the Inn is a short walk of perhaps 50 yds.) Traditionally furnished the property has spacious accommodation arranged over two floors making it ideal for group or family gatherings. On the ground floor, where there are two bedrooms, there are just two steps throughout (please ask for more information) making it appealing to those groups with limited mobility. The cottage grounds and garden are considered secure for young children.

Full English Breakfast can be ordered from the nearby Inn!!

Fossebridge is located on the A429 (The Fosse Way) seven miles north of Cirencester and six miles south of Stow on the Wold. The picturesque Cotswold villages such as The,Rissingtons,Barringtons & Slaughters are close at hand,with Bourton on the Water just a few miles away. The area around Fossebridge is rural England at its best with fascinating walks through the Coln Valley.The Roman Villa at Yanworth is worth a visit. The towns of Cheltenham and Oxford are both within quick driving distance. Warwick Castle and Stratford-upon-Avon are an easy day trip away.
