Malt Barn is a delightful holiday property set in a quiet location within the Oxfordshire Cotswolds, a short distance from Burford. The property is presented to a very high standard (the owners own another property with Manor Cottages which is both a very high standard and also very popular with customers) with up to six bedrooms and four bathrooms available. Internally the property retains many period features along with countless contemporary touches to give this a real high quality, minimalist feel. An element that particularly appealled to us was the large ground floor which has the feeling of being 'open plan' but actually has separate 'rooms'! The large gardens to the rear of the property is also particularly good for families with children.

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance through to the open plan ground floor.
Kitchen, a modern and fully equipped room with attractive and contemporary kitchen units. leading to separate dining room. Equipped with induction hob and electric microwave combi, separate oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher plus small dining table and six chairs.
Dining Room with large wooden dining table with seating for up to 12 people.
Living Room with large modern circular sofa, wall mounted TV with Blue Ray DVD, plus French doors to the garden.
Bedroom One with king size double bed with wardrobe plus door to garden and Ensuite WC and washbasin

Upstairs
Bedroom Two with king size double bed (can be separate into two single beds) with Ensuite Shower Room with WC and washbasin.
Family Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Three with two single beds with wardrobe area.
Bedroom Four with two single beds and hanging rail
Bedroom Five with king size double bed (which can be split into two single beds if required) with chest of drawers plus Ensuite shower room with WC and washbasin

Outside Annex
There is a further, sixth bedroom available which is detached from the main cottage. This is approx a few paces from the entrance. There is the option for either a king sized double or twin beds. There is an en-suite shower,WC and washbasin.

Gardens
The gardens are enclosed with a 5 bar gate at the main entrance. To the side of the cottage is grassed courtyard with table and chairs, while to the rear is additional private garden containing a heated outbuilding where the HOT-TUB is housed!

Off street parking. Cot & High Chair available. One pet by arrangement. Hot tub available for use charged £50 per weekend or £80 per week payable directly to the owner.

Daily Cleaning Service available charged separately.
