Manor Barn House is a stunning Cotswold village house set in an idyllic location overlooking rolling Cotswold hills. Located in the little village of Nether Westcote, the house is a large welcoming home ideal for a get-together be it with the family or friends with walking from the door . Spacious and beautiful the house offers uninterrupted views over the countryside from a large and private garden. Also within a short stroll is one of the Cotswolds finest gastro pubs - The Westcote Inn (www.westcoteinn.co.uk) where you will be able to order meals in!! Historically the property was once a barn with cottage attached, however it has since been converted to provide spacious accommodation, ideal for large groups or parties. Internally the cottage is beautifully presented with a fabulously large living room along with a dining room that is simply perfect for entertaining.

ACCOMMODATION

Kitchen, good size and fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, AGA, electric hob and oven plus table and benches for sitting.
Study area with Wi-Fi and Utility Room, fully equipped with washing machine, tumble drier and drying line.
Dining Room with large dining table and chairs for 10 people.
Living Room enormous room with sofas, chairs, tables and open fireplace TV with DVD, plus surround sound system (which feeds into the kitchen too!) Fabulous contemporary art and features throughout the room making this simply gorgeous.
Cloakroom WC and washbasin (there are actually two downstairs!)

Bedroom One with large double bed, TV and sky digibox, French doors opening to stunning views, plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.
