Set in the enchanting valley of Owlpen, this holiday cottage is a delightful escape from the rigours of the day-to-day hurly burly! Owlpen itself (with a population of just 35!) is completely unspoiled by the modern world and offers joyous gardens, walks and peacefulness to welcome the incoming guest, together creating the perfect holiday experience. Fodor describe Owlpen as the ultimate Cotswold hamlet. Built in the traditional Cotswold style with gables and mullioned windows Manor Farm is in a perfect position, commanding distant views over Owlpen's gently sloping valley and rich woods.
ACCOMMODATION:
Downstairs a porch leads to the hall with a modern, well appointed Kitchen beyond.
The light and spacious Sitting / Dining Room has an open and welcoming fireplace, which is ideal for entertaining.
Upstairs
Bedroom One has a luxurious 18th-century Hepplewhite four-poster bed.
Bedroom Two is a good size and has twin beds.
There is also a shower room with WC and washbasin.
Central heating and electricity included all year. Ample parking.
Pets by arrangement. Babysitting by arrangement. Monday or Friday changeover preferably.
Facilities in nearby Uley (about half a mile away) include a Post Office/village shop, two pubs, a brewery and an arts centre.
