Pear Tree Cottage is a spacious Cotswold holiday cottage, located near to the heart of the market town Stow on the Wold. Internally the cottage is presented to a high standard with attention given to the 'living area' and the bedrooms/bathrooms in particular. The accommodation is spread across three floors with the ground floor especially appealing with all rooms leading into each other creating a real sense of space. The bedrooms, with three bathrooms, are all a good size, while the top floor 'suite' offers extra space and views towards the Cotswold Hills. The cottage is just one minute from the Market Square with its antique shops, cafes and traditional pubs! Even though it is in the centre of Stow, the cottage has off street parking for up to three cars. A great cottage in a great location, we hope you will agree... The cottage owners have even agreed a discount for guests at Digbeth's Restaurant where there is free Wifi!!
ACCOMMODATION
Entrance through front door into hallway with cupboards and hanging.
Living Room/Area with two large sofas, and occasional chair, with 42inch flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player.
Kitchen, large and well equipped, with electric hob and double oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Small kitchen table with four chairs
Dining Room/Area, a separate area accessed from the kitchen with large dining table and six chairs, plus armchair. Access through French doors to courtyard area.
First Floor
Bedroom Two with double bed, wardrobe and Ensuite Bathroom with walk in shower, WC and washbasin

Second Floor
Master Bedroom / Suite with king size bed, wardrobe with shelving.

Outside
To the rear of the property is a small courtyard garden with table and chairs. Behind some trellising there is a parking area which can accommodate up to three cars. Please note that access to and from the parking is from the main road.
Any Day Changeover. Cot and High Chair available. Pets welcome, but please note that there is an additional £50 damages deposit required if you do intend to bring one. Children welcome.
