Plum Cottage, ETC 4 Stars, originally part of a group of splendid barns, has been lovingly converted into a spacious holiday cottage with accommodation entirely on the ground floor making it particularly attractive for those with limited mobility. The cottage is approached via an archway which opens into a private parking area in front of the property with secure storage for bicycles. There is a delightful garden all around the property with uninterrupted views across open fields. The property is within easy walking distance of three very good pubs/restaurants.
ACCOMMODATION (all on one level):
Front door into hallway which leads into a Dining / Hall with dining table and chairs and French doors to garden.
Sitting Room with gas fire, comfortable sofas and armchair. French windows opening into the garden.
Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and microwave.
Utility Room with washing machine and tumble dryer suitable for dying outdoor clothing.
Bedroom One, good size, with 5ft double bed and Ensuite shower room and French doors to garden
Bedroom Two with standard double bed.
Bedroom Three with two single beds.
Second Bathroom with bath. Please note that all the bedrooms have wonderful views to open, unspoilt countryside.

There is a ramp into the property for wheelchair users.

Shipton under Wychwood is well located for visiting all Cotswold attractions and villages including Burford, Stow on the Wold and Blenheim Palace at Woodstock. The popular towns of Stratford upon Avon and Oxford are also within easy driving distance. (Charlbury station is a short drive away with trains to Oxford, London, Hereford and Worcester.)
