Rose Barn (VB 5 Star Gold) is a spacious holiday property situated in a nature reserve within the Oxfordshire Cotswolds. Internally the property is cleverly designed - spacious and open plan, while at the same time homely and traditional. Of particular appeal is the glass fronted area to the barn, which interconnects living and dining rooms The property is a perfect venue for families or groups looking for a quiet retreat yet wishing to be conveniently located for Burford and the Cotswolds, Oxford and easy to get to and from London of course. Externally, there is an enclosed courtyard garden to the front providing complete privacy, while the surrounding countryside and hamlet is completely ideal for walks.

Owl Barn, Snipe Barn and Rose Barn are owned by the same family and can be rented together for a party sizes from 18 to 35 people.

Kitchen / Breakfast Room, fully fitted with electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher plus large kitchen table and chairs (for up to 12 people)
Dining Room, with large table and chairs for up to 12 people with internet.
Living Space with large l-shaped sofa, woodburning stove, 42'' TV with Freeview and DVD. Additional area with sofa (bed for two*) and reading light.
Cloakroom with WC and washbasin.

Outside there is a good size enclosed courtyard. Beyond this there is ample space across the owner's land, which includes a small brook and a couple of ponds, parents please note

Please Note: The owner requests that ONLY full week breaks be booked in Bank Holidays and School Holidays, short breaks are welcome otherwise.
*Additional 2 persons sleeping on the sofa bed charged out at supplement of
£75 per person per stay. Mid-week @ 50%*; 4 night mid-week @ 60%*

Oil fired central heating incl all year. Parking outside the property, but please car share where possible! Starter pack of logs included.

Friday Changeover please. Children Welcome, Cot and High Chair supplied. Pets Welcome at £75 per pet per week.

£300 security / damages deposit required by owner payable by bank transfer a month in advance of arrival.
