Sackville House is an old fashioned Cotswold cottage, located in the delightful village of Bibury, arguably the Cotswolds' prettiest villages. Situated 'at the bottom' of Bibury, this Grade II listed house has pretty little garden which looks towards Arlington Row and the River Coln and its 'army of ducks'! We believe that this is one of the oldest cottages we have on our books and today it certainly has a unique feel. Of particular note is the Old Priest Hole, a tiny room where priests once used to hide from persecution! Today this quaint cottage retains much of 17th Century charm but does of course have many modern features to make your stay comfortable. Features include original beams, river views throughout and exposed original stone walls.
