Scattergood Cottage is a beautiful, quaint cottage located in the heart of the historic town of Ledbury. Recently renovated by the owner (a local interior designer) the cottage is packed with period features and furniture that give the cottage a traditional feel with contemporary touches. The cottage is located down a quiet, gated off street lane with access limited to only a few other houses. Ledbury is a popular town located on the Herefordshire / Gloucestershire border. It has many shops, including art galleries, antique and bric-a-brac shops. This cottage is ideal for a small family or group who enjoy being near to facilities but wish to make the most of the surrounding countryside.
ACCOMMODATION
Entrance through to open plan living / dining / kitchen room.
Kitchen fully equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, Smeg fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine.
Dining area with table and chairs for four people
Living area with sofa and chair, wood burning stove, TV with digibox and DVD player
Upstairs (relatively steep stairs with banister)
Bedroom One with double bed, hanging space and chest of drawers
Bedroom Two with twin beds and hanging space
Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin
Outside There is a small garden with seating for four people. Please note that although the garden is private, inhabitants of the next two cottages will walk past!
Cot and High Chair available. Heating and electricity included all year. Secure, off street parking within 3 mins walk.

Ledbury is one of the finest 'Black and White towns in the country. Situated on a crossroads, the town has evolved today to be a wonderful location to either visit or tour from. It has real beauty and charm. It is convenient for touring up to Malvern, across the border to Wales or alternatively into the ever popular Cotswolds. It is approximately 2.5 hours from London
