Shepherd's Cottage is a wonderfully located holiday cottage enjoying spectacular views across glorious countryside. Formerly a farm worker's cottage the cottage has undergone some major work recently to provide a large, new and fully equipped kitchen. Situated at the end of a very quiet lane and surrounded by fields, the property is perfect for peace and tranquility and yet is within ten minutes drive of Burford and other popular Cotswold destinations. There is a secluded garden at the rear of the property. 
With its wonderful location and recent work, we feel this cottage is excellent value for money and will suit those who enjoy tranquility.

ACCOMMODATION:
Front door into small hallway.
Sitting Room with open fire, comfortable sofa and armchairs, TV DVD and video player.
Kitchen / Dining Room new in Autumn 2006 and equipped with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and good sized kitchen table.

Upstairs:
Bedroom One, large room with glorious view, with double bed and ensuite shower room with WC and washbasin
Bedroom Two with twin beds.
Bathroom with bath, separate cubicle shower, WC and washbasin.

Central heating and electricity included. Starter basket of logs supplied otherwise available at cost. Cot and high chair.

One pet only. No Smokers. Friday changeover please. Available for Winter Let.

For those that wish to explore, the cottage is ideally placed in the central Cotswolds for visiting Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick Castle, Blenheim Palace and many picturesque villages. Also close by are the Cotswold Wildlife Park outside Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water with Model Village, Birdland and Motor Museum and a swimming & leisure centre at Witney. Golf, fishing and riding are within 5 miles of the cottage.
