Summerfield Cottage, ETC 4 Star, located in the heart of Owlpen, is a sunny cottage providing rural seclusion for two set in truly beautiful surroundings. This holiday cottage was recently converted from an ancient Cotswold stone byre next to Owlpen's original Elizabethan farm to create a warm and welcoming property set on one level. Summerfield enjoys delightful views towards Uley with its church as well as views to the Owlpen Manor House.

Owlpen and its surroundings have long been recognised as one of England's most romantic locations. The Tudor Manor (1450-1616) stands in a formal garden of magnificent yews and at the centre of a clutch of medieval and traditional buildings, many now converted as quite exceptional Cotswold holiday cottages. The whole estate, steeped in a thousand years of history, forms its own remote and picturesque wooded valley under the edge of the Cotswold hills in the south-west of England. Your day-to-day provisions are available in Uley which is just half a mile away where you will find a Post Office/village shop, two pubs, a brewery and an arts centre.

ACCOMMODATION: (all on one level, bar two steps to enter property)
This traditional cottage is perfect for couples, but especially those people with limited mobility as it is laid out on one floor. 
Entrance hall to a pretty and comfortable Sitting Room with Dining Area. 
Large Bedroom with double bed. 
Fully equipped Kitchen with all one would need for your stay.
Finally there is a good-sized Bathroom.

Central heating and electricity included all year around. Ample parking.

Pets by arrangement. Babysitting by arrangement. Monday and Friday changeover preferably.
