Swan Lane House is an absolutely stunning country house that fulfils all of those classic ideals that one looks for when imaging a Cotswold cottage. A period building that externally retains all of the character that one could imagine, mixed with some of the most imaginative furnishing and style of any property we have seen make this a real Cotswold tour de force. The owners (who clearly have superb taste and judgement) have created a contemporary holiday cottage that is likely to be one of the finest in the area. Situated down a quiet lane moments from the infamous Burford High Street and with a large garden to the rear we are sure you will enjoy this as much as we love it!!
ACCOMMODATION
Entrance from the rear into large open plan conservatory/dining/kitchen room.
Dining / Conservatory with good sized dining table comfortable for eight. Leather sofa and private views across garden area.
Kitchen, fully equipped, modern and to die for! Large American style fridge freezer, hob and oven microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Beautiful granite work surfaces, limestone floors all complement the contemporary Farrow and Ball colours and furnishings.
Living Room with woodburning stove, mounted flatscreen TV, DVD player and music station. Two sofas and additional easy chair seating.

Master Bedroom with Emperor size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. French doors leading to balcony area with seating and view towards garden. (Please note that this does not have protective railing and should be used with care and thought)

To the rear of the property is a large private garden which is set on a slope and includes a number of mature trees. We would like to bring to your attention that there are steps up to the garden. Although there is a gate to the side of the property the garden is not secure and therefore children will need supervising.
Heating and Electricity included all year. On street parking on quiet lane. Starter pack of logs supplied. Cot and High Chair supplied. £200 breakages deposit taken on day of arrival.
No Pets or Smokers please. Saturday Changeover preferred please.
Burford is an ideal centre for visiting The Cotswolds area as it is within easy driving distance of popular attractions such as Blenheim Palace, Sudley Castle, Warwick Castle and several National Trust Houses and Gardens. Bourton on the Water, Bibury, Cirencester and Stow on the Wold are all within a 25 minute drive of the property.
