Chimneys, located in the quiet village of Little Rissington, is a recently built holiday cottage providing large and spacious rooms throughout. Built to a very high specification and in the traditional Cotswold style, Chimneys is full of charm and character and is well equipped- making it an ideal base for your self-catering holiday. Classic touches such as beams and inglenook fireplace give the cottage a real welcoming feel. (Recent customers' comments have been glowing: 'impressed', 'thoughtfully equipped' and 'exceptional tidiness' all confirm its quality and standard.) To the rear of the property is an enclosed, private garden complete with garden furniture. Situated in a quiet position in the village, the cottage is only one mile from the picturesque village of Bourton-on-the-Water with its stone bridges crossing the River Windrush and many attractions for children. A wonderful cottage.

Front door into a spacious hallway with Cloakroom with WC and washbasin.
Large Sitting Room with inglenook fireplace and woodburner, and comfortable sofas adequate for at least six people. Digital television.
Kitchen with electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Spacious Dining area with dining table and chairs for a full house.
Utility room with washer/dryer.

Bedroom One, large room with 6ft double bed. En-suite shower room with cubicle shower, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Two with with 5ft double bed.
Bedroom Three, twin with two single beds.
Second Bathroom with bath, shower in the bath, WC and washbasin.
Central heating & electricity included all year. Parking available outside cottage (quiet no through road). Telephone. Cot & high chair available.

Bourton-on-the-Water is full of Cotswold charm with small footbridges and walkways criss-crossing the river throughout the village. It also boasts many interesting shops, cosy tea rooms, pubs and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. There are also several local attractions to visit which include the Model Village, the Butterfly Maze, Birdland, the Motor Museum and the Cotswold Perfumery
