The Forge is a delightful barn conversion situated in the peaceful village of Luckington, itself located on the edge of the southern Cotswolds. Spacious and cleverly designed, the property's owners have created a modern home, including underfloor heating throughout, yet one that still retains many old features to make it a thoroughly pleasureable holiday destination. Additionally, the cottage is all on one level making it particularly suitable for individuals with limited mobility. (Please note that there is a gravel driveway.) The village has a good 'local' pub and convenience store. The property, in our opinion, is perfect for those people who wish to escape to beautiful tranquility.

Entrance hall.
Kitchen / Dining / Living Room, substantial and welcoming living space, with fully fitted kitchen (electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer and breakfast bar) dining area and living space with large 'corner' sofa excellent for relaxing on. Large TV with surround sound, DVD and Free Sky.
Main Bedroom with double bed (access from end & side, please note), chest, hanging space, door to garden. Ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC washbasin.
Second Bedroom large bedroom with twin beds, hanging space, chest of drawers and TV. (opposite end of cottage from main bedroom)
Family Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.

CH & Elec included all year. Off street parking for 2 cars. Cot & High Chair available on request. Washing facilities on site.

No Pets. No Smokers. Any day changeover considered, but Saturdays in High Season please!

Luckington is a traditional Cotswold village located just 8 miles from the excellent market towns of Malmsbury and the ever popular Royal Tetbury. Prince Charles' country retreat Highgrove is 5 miles away. For the garden enthusiast, Westonbirt Arboretum is 4 miles away. Bath and Cirencester are approximately 20 miles (30 minutes) away.
