Tucked away in a delightful corner of this beautiful village is The Paddy, a classic Grade II listed cottage. Situated in a quiet spot within South Cerney, itself near to the heart of the Cotswold Water Park we're delighted to have this little belter on our books. Packed with period features throughout including beams, exposed stone walls and an open fire this really is a classic Cotswold cottage. The current owners have carefully renovated the cottage to create a charming and inviting home which is absolutely ideal for enjoying the region or for making the most of the Water Park's facilities. Externally the rear garden is private and enclosed, while to the front (and particularly memorable) is a truly typical English village scene: period houses and cottages surrounding grassy banks which overlook streams with a sweet little bridge! Even more inviting are the local pubs which are within a short walk too. All in all a very attractive cottage in an excellent location.

Bedroom Two with two single beds and built in shelf space. There is a large built in wardrobe on the landing providing ample hanging space for both rooms.

Outside
To the rear of the cottage is an enclosed garden with a table and four chairs. This also provides access to the off street parking area. This is peaceful for sure!
