Wagon House is stunning cottage set in a beautiful location in the Southern Cotswolds. Located in the grounds of the owners' home, this delightful holiday house has been recently renovated to a very high standard and provides quality accommodation packed with period features in peaceful surroundings. The cottage is situated in the beautiful and traditional village of Little Somerford, with a pub just 500 yards away, and is just three miles from the ancient town of Malmesbury. The owner of this property is most welcoming is willing to offer services including breakfast should you be interested. This cottage is one that is 'off-the-beaten-track' and therefore a real gem for you to enjoy - we think it's stunning.

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance from private patio area into main, open-plan living space.
Living Area with large sofa, flatscreen TV with DVD player.
Kitchen / Dining Area with table and chairs for four people, plus 4 ring electric hob and oven, large fridge/freezer.
Wet Room with shower, WC and washbasin. Modern and luxurious!

Upstairs
Bedroom with large double bed, wardrobe and lovely views over courtyard and fields. There is also a landing area which has an additional sofabed for two (charged at an extra £40 per person per stay / week)

Outside
The property is surrounded by gardens belonging to the owner, but there is a private courtyard for guests with table and chairs.

One small pet welcome. Children over six and babes in arms welcome. Please no Smokers. Friday Changeover in Summer months.

Travel Cot supplied. Off street parking. Heating (electric wall heaters) and electricity included all year.

Please note: This property is available for long lets through the winter months. There are washing facilities on site for guests use, but these are not within the property.

Malmesbury, which is the oldest borough in England, is approximately 3 miles away and provides full selection of cafes, shops and restaurants as well as other amenities. There you will see the magnificent 800 year old Norman Abbey built for the Benedictine Monastery which was founded in the 7th Century, also the lovely Market Cross. During your stay you must certainly visit the famous Abbey House Gardens that have been featured on television, and then take a stroll along the 'river walk'.
