How to Book your Holiday Cottage….

Reservations from this website for any cottage accommodation are accepted by Cotswold Retreats under our Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise advised, any letters should be sent to the following address:

Using this Website -  

 

Log onto www.cotswoldretreats.co.uk where you will be able to check the availability and price of the property that you are interested in. Alternatively, if you simply want to know which properties are available then check our online availability chart or click on Property Search and follow the online instructions. Although a number of the cottages are supplied by the leading Cotswold holiday cottage agency (Manor Cottages), Cotswold Retreats cannot guarantee the availability of privately marketed cottages.


When you have chosen an available property you can then click on the "Reserve Now" button on the Property Page. This will present a form, which you are asked to complete. This is a reservation request and the reservation will only become a booking when the agent or owner confirms it with you.


The form is sent electronically to either to the local agent or the cottage owner either of who will contact you to confirm the booking. At this point you will be advised of the payment procedure. 


You should then receive a confirmation detailing the balance to be paid and the date this is due. Please return the cut off slip with your payment for the due date. (Where credit cards are accepted, please note that there is a 2% bank charge for payments made by credit card.)


On receipt of your final payment you will be forwarded a concluding confirmation along with directions to your holiday property plus key collection information. On receipt, please read carefully and contact either the agent or owner with any queries or discrepancies.

enquiries@cotswoldretreats.co.uk giving your requirements. We will advise and confirm availability, help you make your choice if needed and make the booking for you. This will be held for FIVE days pending receipt of your booking form and deposit. 


Alternatively, when you telephone, you may find it easier to pay by credit/debit card.  We can then process your booking the same day and send your receipt and paperwork to you. (Credit card payments are subject to a 2% charge).


You will receive an invoice detailing the balance to be paid and showing the due date. Please return the cut off slip with your payment on or before the due date.


On receipt of your final payment we will forward directions to your property and availability of keys. Please be sure to read this carefully and contact us with any queries.
